Arran graduated from Heriot-Watt in June 2018. He achieved First Class Honours in MA (Hons) International Business Management with Year Abroad. Coming from a retail background - previously working for Debenhams and then Morrisons as a sales advisor – Arran has experienced the satisfaction of helping people and wants to continue this in his Student Success Advisor role.

Lucinda graduated from the School of Textiles based in the Scottish Borders campus. Since graduating Lucinda has worked with Independent Scottish fashion designer Hayley Scanlan based in Dundee after a successful internship during her third year. Graduating from Heriot Watt in 2017 with a 2.1 in Fashion Design Lucinda has a passion for helping future fashion students to have a successful university experience at the SBC.
"The highlight of my university experience at the SBC campus was the graduate fashion show at the end of my studies. Being one of the few selected from my graduating class it was a huge achievement to see all our hard work over four years presented in a catwalk show viewed by our friends and family."
Steven graduated from Heriot-Watt University in 2015 with a 2.1 Hons degree in Biological Sciences. Since graduating Steven has worked at Heriot-Watt University in a Student-facing role, and has also worked as an Events Coordinator on global sporting events such as the Fort William Mountain Bike World Cup.
"Heriot-Watt provided a great platform to form new and interesting relationships with people from all over the world. A great way in achieving these relationships was through my time as part of the Sports Union as a member of the University Men’s Basketball Team."
David graduated from the School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences in June 2018 with a First-Class honours degree in Information Systems. David has spent the past few years helping and assisting members of the public working for the UK’s largest health & beauty retailer, and he now wishes to use the skills he has gained in the retail sector to help and support the students of Heriot-Watt.
"Studying at Heriot-Watt has allowed me to gain and develop creative and professional skills that I can use in the working world, whatever industry I choose to go into. The most enjoyable part of my Heriot-Watt experience was gaining knowledge in areas I was interested in, and working on projects that reflected life in a real-world working environment."
Syifaa graduated from Heriot-Watt University Malaysia in July 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Management. Syifaa also did her internship as a Research Assistant at Heriot-Watt University. Studying psychology has contributed to Syifaa’s passion in helping people, especially students, in achieving a good student experience.
"Heriot-Watt is a global university that offers international experience to the students. Studying at Heriot-Watt has exposed me to different cultures. My most enjoyable Heriot-Watt experience was when I participated in the 2 weeks study tour where I get to go to Edinburgh and attended classes in Edinburgh campus. I was also an active board member of Psychology Society at Heriot-Watt Malaysia and it helped improve my interpersonal skills and event management skills."
Mohammed graduated from the school of engineering and physical sciences with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from our Dubai campus in 2016 and continued his studies to acquire his MSc in Renewable Energy Engineering from the Edinburgh campus in 2018. With diverse professional and academic experiences, Mohammed hopes to share his knowledge to help and support the students in Heriot-Watt.
