HWU Telethon 2023

Our annual telethon will return on 22nd July 2023 and will run until 20th August 2023.

Our team of trained student callers will be reaching out to around 7,000 alumni across the globe. They would love to chat to you about your university years, your first steps into the working world, and where you are now.

They will also give you an opportunity to change a life.

This year, more than ever, our Access and Hardship Funds are critical to students from less privileged backgrounds completing their degree. By choosing to make a gift during your call you will ensure that students have somewhere to turn to when things get difficult.

Our Hardship Fund and Access to Learning Bursaries provide emergency support including travel and food shopping vouchers. Our Access Bursaries meanwhile are opening the doors to students whose family resources are stretched and for whom university simply may not be an option without financial support.
