The Global Energy Association invites students, young scientists and specialists from around the world to take part in the Global Energy Youth Program.
The Program is open to students and academics under the age of 40 who are engaged in research and development in the energy sphere.
The purpose of the Global Energy Youth Program is to stimulate the scientific activity and inspire young specialists in the field of energy by providing them with grants and personal awards.
Applications are accepted in two categories – 'Idea' and 'Startup'.
'Idea' considers international projects and research in the field of energy in three areas:
- Traditional energy
- Non-traditional energy
- New ways of energy application.
Winners are determined in each of these three areas (one per area). Each winner receives a €14,000 grant for the continuation of their research for a period of one calendar year.
'Startup' considers international projects in the field of energy, successfully introduced into production during the last 5 years. For this nomination, one winner receives a personal prize of about €14,000.
Applications are accepted on the official website until Wednesday July 31, 2019.
