Heriot-Watt University is appealing to employers to “snap up” high-quality students for the new Graduate Apprenticeship programmes, after the recent high performing Higher pass rate.

With record numbers of Scottish students accepted into university - plus 4 per cent - the level of interest in Higher Education has never been greater.

Now the institution is appealing to employers from across Scotland to employ students who can join the new apprenticeship programmes – which are fully funded by the Scottish Government.

The University currently has over 70 employers participating in next year's seven degree programmes: Business Management, IT Management for Business, Financial Services, Software Development for Business, Engineering Design and Manufacture, Construction and Civil Engineering.

There are a few places remaining for September entry. To find out more please email ga@hw.ac.uk.
