Dr. Sehgal is an Associate Professor in the Edinburgh Business School. Her areas of research include transformational leadership, change management, resilience, and crisis. Her current teaching interests revolve around instructional design, the utilization of technology and digital tools in the classroom, and blended learning as a pedagogical approach. In addition to her academic endeavours, Dr. Sehgal puts theory into practice through her work with Marvis Investments LLC, where she is Director.

Background
Dr. Ritu Sehgal is an experienced academic who has taught previously at an international university in Dubai, as well as at several colleges within the University of Delhi, from which she also graduated. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Behavior, and her research interests encompass transformational leadership, change management, and the resilience of SME business owners. Her current teaching interests revolve around instructional design, the utilization of technology and digital tools in the classroom, and blended learning as a pedagogical approach.
She has taught various courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including Organization Analysis, Employment Relations, Change Management, Leadership, and Human Resource Management, among others. Dr. Sehgal is enthusiastic about mentoring students in entrepreneurship and innovation and actively participates in addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion issues within the workplace.
