Dr Bryan Rodgers – Global MBA Programme Director
Dr Bryan Rodgers, brings a rich blend of practical experience and academic rigour to his role as Global MBA Programme Director. With a background spanning 30 years in the Scottish police service, Dr Rodgers transitioned into academia where he now focuses on leadership and organisational behaviour. His interests include employee motivation, empowerment, and organisational culture, particularly in public services.
