She acquired her MSc in Human Resource Management & Development from The University of Leicester (UK) and her MSc. dissertation explored the Impact of Integrating Human Resource Management Practices with Knowledge Management on Small-Medium Businesses’ Performance. Rasha's upcoming research will cover areas in organisational behaviour and digital transformation.
