Jessica Sze Yin Ho received her PhD majoring in Marketing, M. Phil in Management and BBA majoring in Marketing from Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), U.K. and has more than 14 years of teaching and research experience in higher education.
Prior to joining the academia, she was attached to several multinational organizations as sales and marketing personnel. She advocates the needs to breach the knowledge gap between industry and academia and hence is actively involved in industrial funded research related to talent management and services marketing.
Her research interests include areas in Digital Marketing, Online Consumers Behaviour & Sustainable Consumption Behaviour in emerging markets. She also actively participate in renowned world ranked marketing conferences, i.e. American Marketing Association (AMA) Conference, European Marketing Association Conference (EMAC), Australia and New Zealand Marketing Association Conference (ANZMAC), as well as Global Marketing Conference (GMC). She has received several Best Paper Awards and Excellent Reviewer Awards internationally.

Background
Jessica is a Senior Fellow at the Higher Education Academy, U.K. She has held several academic appointments including Associate Director of Teaching and Learning at Heriot-Watt University Malaysia. She also held Programme Directorships for the Marketing Discipline in her previous institutions.
Due to her extensive experience and background in curriculum development and management for both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees, she has been appointed as external programme assessor panel members for various universities for the Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA) as well as the Finance Accreditation Agency (FAA), an independent quality assurance and accreditation body that is supported by the Central Bank of Malaysia and the Securities Commission Malaysia.
