Dewi Arual is an Assistant Professor in Business Management. She lectures on various courses including Resourcing & Talent Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Marketing & Management of SMEs and is the Global Course Leader for Strategic Management.

Dewi is particularly interested in the use of the resource-based view (RBV) as a lens in examining the structural and cultural flexibility in organisations. More recently, Dewi is interested in the use of digital technologies in the workplace especially with regards to fostering connectedness.

  • Strategy, RBV, Talent Management, Flexible Work Practices, ICT in Education, Work Intensification.

Background

Dewi is an experienced educator in the field of Strategy and HRM. Besides teaching undergraduate students, she has also taught on the ACCA and CIMA programmes. Dewi has been a Member of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators since 2014.
