Oluwatomisin Oyewole

Doctoral Researcher

Oluwatomisin has a Master's in Petroleum, Energy Economics, and Finance. Currently, he is a first-year Ph.D. Finance student at Heriot-Watt University. He has been ranked among the Top 25% of Research Economists in Nigeria in the last ten years, based on the ranking by Research Papers in Economics (RePEc) Network.

His research and teaching activities revolve around Financial Economics, Energy Economics, and Applied time-series econometrics. He has co-authored several research papers published in journals and conferences.

His research focuses on oil price shocks, geopolitical risks, and the global financial market, supervised by Dr. Andre Eross and Dr. Nana Abena.
