Nidhi Gangaparikh

Doctoral Researcher

In my doctoral study, ethnically diverse Indian immigrant managers in the UK are examined to discover how personality traits and distinctive attributes might be recognised as either facilitators or as obstacles or barriers to their access, adjustment, and success at work. This study makes an effort to improve managerial judgement and foster inclusion and equality at work. The work's scope includes investigating how to build an organisational structure at the managerial level that incorporates personality features. Moreover, I am working under the guidance of two supervisors, namely Dr. Lakshman Wimalasena as my primary supervisor and Dr. Kate Sang as my second supervisor.
