Euan Cranston

I work as a Business and Enterprise Architecture consultant primarily supporting transformation programmes in large organisations; however, I also advise start-ups and act in a non-executive capacity for SME’s. My professional interests centre around Information Technology, Change Methods, Continuous Architecture and Agility.

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Six Sigma Professionals.

My doctoral research critically examines 'the emergence and implementation of change methods as a means of managerial control'. While extant research largely focusses on the success or failure of such initiatives, my research looks closely at the practices around and within change methods, exploring the impacts of these upon the social fabric of organisations.
