Dates and times
The Summer 2024 ceremonies will take place in the James Watt Centre located on the Edinburgh Campus.
The online application system will open on 16th April 2024 and close on Friday 17th May 2024. Late applications will not be accepted.

The University also reserves the right to cancel any graduation ceremony and reception for reasons beyond its control. Circumstances may include, but are not limited to: fire, flood, or any other incident that renders the venue unsafe to use; terrorist act (or threat of terrorist act); natural disaster; pandemic or a period of national mourning.
Where any of these circumstances occur, Heriot-Watt University is not responsible for any inconvenience, losses or costs that may be occasioned by such event.
