When can I apply?

The online graduation application system for attendance at the Winter 2023 ceremonies is now open. The deadline date for applications is Sunday 22nd October 2023. Late applications will not be accepted.

If you were eligible to graduate in Summer 2023 or at an earlier date and wish to graduate in absentia, you can apply online now. Please see How do I apply?

If you were eligible to graduate before 2011 but have not yet made an application to graduate you should contact the Student Records and Awards Team student-records-awards@hw.ac.uk.
