Rasha El Faramawy

About

Rasha El Faramawy is a Teaching Assistant in the Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus, United Arab Emirates. Rasha completed her MSc. with the University of Leicester, UK, in Human Resource Management & Development. Her Master’s dissertation explored the Impact of Integrating Human Resource Management Practices with Knowledge Management on Small-Medium Businesses’ Performance.

Rasha has also received a post graduate diploma in Public Administration and is a Certified Internet Webmaster.

Biography

Prior to joining Heriot-Watt University, Rasha has an overall work experience of about 20 years in the education and IT industries, taking various roles such as Teaching Assistant, Researcher/Research support, Business Analyst, Business Development, Marketing Manager, Project Coordinator and Financial Analyst.
