• A family member of an ICE Member applying for the BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering programme is eligible to receive a flat scholarship of 20% on first year tuition fee, split across the duration of the programme.
Please note : This is only applicable to immediate family members
Early Application Discount

A discount of AED 5000 will be awarded to all students applying and paying tuition fee deposit between 1 March and 9 April 2021.

The early application discount will be awarded to any student (foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate) applying and paying tuition fee deposit by the required deadline.

Heriot-Watt University Dubai undergraduate students completing their degree by January 2021 are eligible to apply for this discount when applying for a postgraduate programme.
To get the discount, students must apply and pay 10% of their tuition fees as an advance payment (non-refundable) against their tuition fees. UAE-based students must also provide the required post-dated cheques for their tuition fees. The advance payment and post-dated cheques (if applicable) must be paid on or before the discount deadline.

The early application discount amount will be distributed equally across the instalment plan.

This discount is applicable for students who have received an unconditional offer letter or a conditional offer letter from the University.

Students who have received a conditional offer letter must provide the remaining documents to receive an unconditional offer letter from the University before the start of the academic year. If you do not meet the conditions required, your admission and early application discount will both become void and any tuition fees you have paid in advance will be refunded back to you.

For the avoidance of doubt, the advance payment of the fees paid is non-refundable if an unconditional offer letter has been issued to you.

The qualifying deadline for this discount is 9 April 2021.
Full Advance Fee Payment Discount
A discount of 3% of the net annual tuition fees will be awarded to any student, (foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate) who pays their net annual tuition fees in full before 1 September 2021 for the September Intake or before 1 January 2022 for the January Intake. If an offer letter is sent to the student after the deadline, then to avail the full advance fee payment discount the student must pay the annual tuition fee within 7 days of receiving the offer.

To avail this discount, fees must be paid in cash, by current dated cheque, or through bank transfer.

A student who first pays 10% of their fees (and PDCs for non-international students) to confirm their place for the chosen programme, and then decides to pay the tuition fee in full will also be eligible for this discount.

International students, who pay their fees in full, are also eligible to apply for this discount.

The discount will be calculated on the net tuition fee, after deducting any other applicable scholarship(s) or discount(s) received by the student.
