Dr Petra Jeffery

Dr. Petra Jeffery started her career in various business development roles with Nokia Corporation and moved to academia in 2007 after completing her PhD. For the past 15 years Dr. Jeffery has been managing executive education and innovation centres in Singapore, Helsinki and Abu Dhabi, as well as teaching a range of innovation, strategy and operations management courses.  Dr. Jeffery is an active contributor to various business networks, research communities and academic boards.

Dr. Jeffery’s main research interest is digital service design, information system science and technology innovation management.
