Dr Md Azher Uddin is an Assistant Professor in the School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences at Heriot-Watt University, Dubai Campus. He received BSc degree in computer science and engineering from International Islamic University Chittagong, Bangladesh, in 2011 and the master's leading to PhD degree in computer science and engineering from Kyung Hee University, South Korea, in August 2020. His research interests include image processing, computer vision, machine learning, and Big Data analytics. His teaching areas include Web Design and Databases, Database Management Systems, Data visualization, and Web Programming.
