About
Vanessa has been at our Dubai campus since 2009 where she directed the start-up and implementation of our Fashion, Fashion Marketing, Interior Design programmes, and Post Graduate Design Management programme. She also oversees our Fashion and Fashion Technology programmes for our Scottish Borders Campus. Her management role includes resourcing for the School and ensuring, with the academic team in Dubai and Scotland, development of programmes suitable for the market within Dubai and the MENA region as well as globally relevant skills.
Biography
Vanessa started her career working as a designer in London. She has worked in a variety of countries, including Taiwan and Shanghai. She comes with more than 20 years' work experience in design industries, including design management and process, creative direction, manufacturing as well as retail and academic management.
