Dr Mandy Wong Shiet Ching

Mandy Wong is an industrial and organisational psychologist who obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree (honours), Master of Arts Degree and PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She has been teaching psychology for more than 11 years.

Mandy’s research interest areas are work stress, leadership and organizational behaviour. She has presented and published her work at various conferences and journal articles. She secured FRGS grants and a Sunway internal grant. In addition, she also was involved in market studies for retail in Malaysia. She is a member of the Malaysia Psychological Association as well as the American Psychological Association.
