Dr Ke Guek Nee

Dr Ke Guek Nee obtained her BA in Psychology, MA and PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). She has worked as an HR practitioner for 5 years prior to her employment as Assistant Professor in Psychology at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and former Head of Department for Psychology Division at International Medical University (IMU).

Dr Ke is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP)-14th Division of APA and Malaysian Psychological Association (PSIMA). She has been invited to be a manuscript reviewer for international journals such as Journal of Managerial Psychology, Journal of Work and Stress and others. Her specific areas of research interest include emotional intelligence, leadership and workplace well-being. Dr Ke's research grants include Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) Phase I (2010-2012), Phase II (2012-2013) and FRGS (2012-2014).
