Professor Mushtak Al-Atabi Elected as Chairman of VCCPU

We are pleased to announce that Professor Mushtak Al-Atabi, Provost and Chief Executive Officer of Heriot-Watt University Malaysia (HWUM), have been elected as the Chairman of the Vice Chancellor's Council for Private Universities (VCCPU) recently. VCCPU was established by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) as an effort to recognise private higher education's positive impact on the society. 

The appointment was made during the VCCPU Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 15 April 2022.
