• Set technical and environmental standards for Heriot Watt’s learning, teaching, meeting & event venues.
• Help staff, students and partners to select the most appropriate technology for their particular requirement.
• Help our customers to obtain best value when investing in AV or communications technology.
• Provide advice on the use of AV and communications technology in a wealth of situations and scenarios.
• Manage and maintain 3000+ devices in 350+ installations across Heriot Watts’ UK campuses.
• Manage and maintain digital signage infrastructure for our UK campuses. 
• Provide support and manage technical arrangements for internal, external & public events hosted at Heriot Watt.
