It was a busy weekend for Heriot-Watt University Malaysia (HWUM) on 10 and 11 June 2023 at the Sureworks Education & Further Studies Fair 2023, held at Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur and Mid Valley Southkey Johor Bharu. As the fair was one of the most anticipated events for school leavers, parents, teachers, university students, working adults, and the general public who were seeking higher education opportunities, our Student Recruitment and Admissions team, with the enthusiastic support of lecturers, students and staff came together and participated as exhibitors at both events.
The fair was a valuable resource for prospective students as they were able to engage with our lecturers and education consultants, gaining insights into the University's programmes, facilities and admission requirements.
It has also provided an excellent opportunity for students to explore educational pathways and make informed decisions about their academic journey. The team met more than 300 students in Mid Valley KL and around 100 students in Mid Valley Southkey JB on both days.
With its diverse range of participants and informative sessions, the Sureworks Education & Further Studies Fair 2023 was an enriching experience for all involved.
