Applications for academic year 2026/2027 received after the deadline (20 July 2026) are not covered by the guarantee and offers will be made subject to availability.
If you are coming for a full year (40 weeks) you are entitled to apply for contemporary ensuite room in a flat or traditional ensuite.
If you are a single semester (15 or 22 weeks) student you are entitled to apply for contemporary ensuite standard rooms or traditional ensuite.
