Policy and Governance
The Policy and Governance Division is a professional service team within the Governance and Legal Services directorate that works across the University to:
- Develop the constitutional framework and appropriate support mechanisms for the corporate and academic governance of the global University;
- Develop the constitutional framework and appropriate support mechanisms for the corporate and academic governance of the global University;
- Provide professional clerking services to the Court, Committees of the Court, the Senate and Executive Committees;
- Establish common policy and practice for effective committee business support, and develop a clerks’ network, through which the relevant skills, expertise and good practice will be shared, recognised and promoted, across the global University;
- Manage the University's Global Student Academic Appeals, Student Conduct (academic and non-academic), and the University’s Complaints Handling Procedures;
- Manage the University’s Report and Support system.
