Staff Committee
The Staff Committee advises the Court on matters relating to the University's Human Resources Strategy, legislative changes and ‘best practice’ and the implications across all the University's campuses. The business of the Committee includes strategic workforce planning and restructuring and reviewing and the monitoring of the current and future capacity to meet benchmark targets and to achieve ‘best practice’ for people management. The Staff Committee reports directly to the Court.
