Governance and Nominations Committee

The Governance and Nominations Committee advises and makes recommendations to the Court on all matters relating to governance, the conduct and effectiveness of Court business and implementation of good governance practice. The Committee is responsible for succession planning in relation to the independent lay membership of the Court and its committees, and making recommendations thereon to the Court. The Governance and Nominations Committee reports directly to the Court.
