How to apply

Applications will open on 27 May 2024 and close on the 28 June 2024. All reservations can be made by filling out this reservation form.

Payment

Payment terms are as follows:

Payments will have to be made by debit or credit card.
One week must be paid in full on arrival or in advance as a deposit.
All subsequent weeks must be paid in full at the start of each week on the Saturday.
All payments are strictly non-refundable.

2024/2025 Academic Year

If you will be continuing to study at Heriot-Watt University for the 2024/2025 academic year and want to stay on campus you can apply for accommodation with your conditional or unconditional offer. All applications are made online through the accommodation portal.

Please note we are unable to accommodate students on campus between 17 August 2024 - 30 August 2024 as the campus will be closed for deep cleaning and maintenance. Please see our off campus accommodation for short term options.
