Biography

As Assistant Professor in Interior Architecture and Design, I teach and supervise across the program, leading in both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Additionally, I teach cross-discipline design theory and innovation courses, embracing the opportunity to engage with students across the School of Textiles and Design.

My teaching practice has a strong emphasis on human-centered design, rooted in extensive experience in spatial design and creative project management within the retail environment. Through a user-centered approach, I guide students to develop design solutions that inspire and connect with people on a deeper level, aiming to create memorable and impactful experiences.

I am committed to integrating my professional development and research interests into my teaching practice. By incorporating design thinking and exploring innovative pedagogical approaches, I strive to provide my students with a diverse learning experience, promoting creativity and agility in their approach to design.
