Biography
Before joining Heriot-Watt University, Sahar worked in industry at arbnco Ltd, contributing to software tools for energy efficiency and retrofit planning for the UK and US markets, and in sustainability consultancy supporting LEED and BREEAM projects. She holds a PhD in Construction Management, a background in Mechanical Engineering, and is an ONS-accredited researcher, certified LCA practitioner, AFHEA, and LEED Accredited Professional.
