Why did you choose to complete your chosen programme at this stage of your life and career?
I wanted to develop my business and leadership skills as I progressed in my career. It felt like the right time to gain new knowledge that would help me grow professionally.
What was the biggest challenge you faced while studying online?
The biggest challenge was managing my time and balancing work, personal commitments, and studying, especially during busy periods.
What kept you going when you faced challenges?
I stayed focused on my goal of completing the MBA and reminded myself why I started. The support of my family and friends also helped me stay motivated.
What does this achievement mean to you now?
It means a lot to me because it represents hard work, dedication, and personal growth. I am proud of what I have achieved.
How has your programme impacted your career and personal life so far?
The MBA has helped me think more strategically and approach challenges with greater confidence. It has also improved my time management, problem-solving and leadership skills.
How did you find the online learning materials?
The learning materials were clear, easy to follow, and helpful. I especially liked being able to study at my own pace.
What was your favourite course and why?
People, Work and Organisations was my favourite course because it helped me better understand how people work together and interact in the workplace. It taught me about different working styles, teamwork, and how to deal with people more effectively. I found it very useful and relevant to my day-to-day work.
My experience has been very positive. The programme was flexible, well-structured, and allowed me to learn while continuing my career.
