I needed to build strategic leadership capacity to perform my current supervisory role and position myself for an executive role.

What kept you going when you faced challenges?
EBS graduation videos on YouTube kept me going. Of course, prayer too. God gave me tremendous grace
What does this achievement mean to you now?
It means I can now lead confidently, build successful organisations, and achieve my dream of being a CEO before I turn 40 years old.
How has your programme impacted your career and personal life so far?
At work, I have been assigned to big projects (one to the tune of $10 million) and personally, I developed critical thinking skills that enable me to think and operate at a strategic level.
What was your favourite course and why?
Leadership Theory and Practice. It was very practical, especially how I can apply the concept of leading thought and leading people.

The lecturers excellently blend theory and practice using relevant global case studies, which made my learning experience academically rewarding. I am now well equipped to lead with clarity of purpose and influence.
