What was your favourite course and why?
My favourite course was People, Work and Organisations (PWO). It provided valuable insights into human behaviour in the workplace, leadership, organisational culture, and employee motivation. What I appreciated most was how the course connected theory with real-world business challenges, helping me better understand how effective people management contributes to organisational success.
