How it works

Decide how you would like to pay for your studies. Depending on the programme, you'll have the option to pay upfront, per course, or explore employer or scholarship funding options.

Step 2 – Pay online in a few simple steps

Pay online using credit card or bank transfer, or if you're being sponsored, request an invoice.

Step 3 – Access your courses

Start your studies at a time that works for you and begin building skills and knowledge you can apply immediately.

Affordability that adapts to where you are

Edinburgh Business School fees are dependent on degree, delivery method and location. Students on our online Edinburgh Business School programmes benefit from a 20% fee reduction when purchasing all courses upfront for their programme of choice. Alumni Discount Scheme

The Alumni Discount Scheme is open to all Heriot-Watt Alumni who have previously been registered for one year or more on a Heriot-Watt degree programme. The scholarship offers a 20% discount to students.

Fees refunds

Heriot-Watt University’s Fee Refund Policy sets out clear, consistent, fair and reasonable conditions under which EBS will consider making refunds. It applies to applicants, students of EBS, and students studying on Heriot-Watt University programmes offered by EBS.
