Project title

LIMINAL - Living at the Intersectional Margins, Identity, Negotiations and Academic Lives

Project abstract

Radhika is a psychologist and researcher whose work examines identity, intersectionality, and belonging in higher education. Her research centres on students lived experiences and wellbeing, using qualitative, longitudinal, and student-led approaches that place participants' own accounts at the heart of the inquiry. She is particularly interested in how institutional cultures shape student's academic journeys. Across her work, she is committed to research that treats students as people who already understand their own lives, and to making sure those understandings inform the policies written about them.
