The Riccarton Bursary awards £5000 annually to 4 students completing a Civil Engineering Course, students from a widening participation background are encouraged to apply however also those domiciled in Scotland who are moving from a rural, isolated or remote part of Scotland are also encouraged to apply.
How to apply
Applications for this bursary from new undergraduate students joining Heriot-Watt in September 2024 are now open. Please complete the application form and submit as soon as you can. To apply you must hold an offer to study at Heriot-Watt in September 2024. The deadline for applications is Sunday 5 May 2024 at 17:00.
Note - this bursary is for new students who will be joining Heriot-Watt in September 2024 only. Current students who are already enrolled are not eligible to apply. If you are a current student facing financial difficulty, find out about the financial support available to you.
