Private student-only accommodation

There are several student-only accommodation buildings in the city centre that are similar to student halls, but are run by private companies. Anyone studying in Edinburgh can apply to stay in this accommodation.

You can secure private student-only accommodation without having to view the properties first. The accommodation fees generally include utility bills and internet connection.

One semester contracts may be available, but you will need to contact them as soon as you are sure you are coming to Edinburgh.
