Contemporary en suite standard room

All accommodation is single occupancy and self-catered – there are a number of catering facilities on campus. Please note that our residences are mixed gender.
There are a limited number of contemporary en suite standard rooms with access to large kitchens shared by 10 to 12 students, great for socialising and meeting new people. Each bedroom is 16 square metres, with a ¾ sized bed, good storage and a well-designed study area.

How to apply
Applications for Semester 2 will open at midday on Monday 6 November 2023 and close at midday Monday 4 December 2023.

What’s included in the rent?
The rent includes:
- internet connection (100MB as standard)
- heating
- power
- assisted clean of public areas and kitchen only, which means you are expected to maintain cleaning standards in your own flat.
- Basic room contents insurance is included with your on campus accommodation and is provided by Endsleigh. Enter in your policy number HH1074 to check your policy details.
- 24/7 SafeGuarding Services who are on hand day and night to deal with any issues that may arise.
If you plan on using a personal television or a laptop for internet provider television (IPTV), you will need to buy a TV licence.

- Residence Life Hub located on campus
