Overview
The LINCS Placement Award will provide 2 x bursaries of £500 to Department of Languages and Intercultural Studies students undertaking a placement or semester abroad from January 2027. The award is aimed at supporting students with the costs associated with their semester abroad / placement, and will be paid in one instalment by February 2027. Applications will be assessed based on financial need as indicated in their application form.
Eligibility
1 Award is for a modern languages student undertaking a semester abroad from January 2027 and 1 award is for a BSL student undertaking a placement from January 2027.
