Overview
The Future Planner Scholarship, delivered in partnership with the Scottish Government, will help fund the tuition fees for up to 8 students starting our MSc Spatial Planning and Real Estate programme in September 2026.
We are offering a total of 8 scholarships (5 partial and 3 as fully funded) for aspiring planners. We want to attract more diverse talent from underrepresented socio-economic backgrounds and support a level playing field where affordability is not a barrier to entering the profession. Therefore applications will be assessed on a range of criteria including academic excellence, financial need and career ambitions.
Eligibility
All students with a UK fee status coming to study the MSc Spatial Planning and Real Estate Development programme in September 2026.

Please click the 'apply' button and fill out the application form by the deadline of 14th June 2026. In order to apply, you must already have applied to the MSc in Spatial Planning and Real Estate, you do not have to hold an offer to be considered for the scholarship but you must have applied.
