How do I apply?
You must apply to graduate if you wish to attend a ceremony or receive your certificate via post.
The majority of graduation applications are made via our online graduation application form and this can be accessed via Student Self-Service (SSS), except for EBS online students who apply via the EBS Global Student Portal.
Current students (non-EBS online)

Current students (EBS online)
If you are a current EBS online student studying one of the following programmes, you will be contacted by the EBS online team directly regarding graduation.
- MBA (general MBA and MBA with specialism)
- MSc in Business Analytics
- MSc in Business & Organisational Psychology
- MSc in Digital leadership
- MSc in Financial Management
- MSc in Supply Chain Management & Logistics
- PgCert in Business Research Methods
- DBA/PhD
Former students (2011-present)
If you were eligible to graduate in Winter 2024 or earlier and have not yet made an application to graduate, please log in via the following link: Student Self Service (former) or contact ebs.enquiries@hw.ac.uk.
Former students (pre-2011)
