Applications to transfer in Semester 1, September 2026, Academic Year 2026/27 are now open and will close on Wednesday 15 June 2026.

If you are an eligible undergraduate, you can now request a temporary or permanent transfer for September 2026 using the MyHWU – Inter-Campus Transfer application on Student Self Service.

Please note we cannot guarantee that your application to transfer will be approved
