Applications to transfer in Semester 2, January 2026, Academic Year 2025/26 are now open and will close on Wednesday 15 October 2025.

If you are an eligible undergraduate, you can now request a temporary or permanent transfer for January 2026 using the MyHWU – Inter-Campus Transfer application on Student Self Service.

Please note we cannot guarantee that your application to transfer will be approved
