How do I request a transfer (from Dubai Campus)?

If you are an eligible undergraduate, you can now request a temporary or permanent transfer for January 2026 using the MyHWU – Inter-Campus Transfer application on Student Self Service.

Please note we cannot guarantee that your application to transfer will be approved

Request deadlines

Transfer requests for January 2026 are now open and will close on Wednesday 15 October 2025.
