Innovate with Business and Industry will strengthen our relationships with local businesses and global industry partners to ensure our campuses remain on the frontline of innovation. It will help shape global discourse around best practices and prepare our students for purposeful careers.
Our goal in this season is to raise £50 million to establish a new research and teaching facility and to preserve and sustain our heritage facility. Such investment will enable Heriot-Watt to uphold its position at the vanguard of innovation and sustainability practices in industry, economics and business.

The National Robotarium is a world-leading centre for robotics, artificial intelligence and autonomous systems at Heriot-Watt's Edinburgh campus. It aims to further the application of robotics for the benefit of society and the economy. The National Robotarium leverages existing research and industry expertise to address the global demand for disruptive innovation in robotics and autonomous systems. Our activities will build capacity across complementary areas of embedded intelligence and expert systems and provide a link to other UK, UAE and international research.
