Campaign Global Council
Teachers, researchers and students at Heriot-Watt University are tackling some of the world’s most urgent challenges, including climate action, improved healthcare and inclusive prosperity. Investments in the Shaping Futures campaign are already changing lives – expanding access to education for disadvantaged groups locally and globally, advancing healthcare innovation, and strengthening laboratory and research facilities. The campaign is helping the University empower its more than 200-year commitment to apply science and technology for real-world benefit. It is my privilege to extend the invitation of the inaugural chair of the Global Council, Professor Dame Heather McGregor, to alumni, industry partners and friends who share our vision to further strengthen the University's inspiring initiatives for a safer, healthier and more sustainable world. Together, we will shape the future.
