Georgia Noble

Biography

Hi, I’m Georgia. I moved to Edinburgh from North East England to study Marine Biology BSc at Heriot-Watt in 2018, and eventually changed courses to Biological Sciences BSc. I graduated in 2022 and got elected to the role of Vice President Wellbeing in the Student Union where I served two consecutive terms. In my spare time I like learning and practicing my Spanish language skills, going for runs and exploring Edinburgh with friends, and playing boardgames like Catan. I’m also trying, with varying success, to learn how to play Chess.

Heriot-Watt Highlight

My highlight from studying my undergraduate degree at Heriot-Watt was founding the HWU Sleep Society. It was the first of its kind at Heriot-Watt, only the second of it’s kind in the UK! Overall, my experience at university introduced me to new interests, lifelong friends, and opportunities I would never have explored otherwise.
