Biography

My role: I joined Heriot-Watt University in 2026 as a Student Wellbeing and Transition Advisor. In my role, I provide dedicated support for students from widening participation backgrounds and contribute to a range of induction and transition initiatives. I enjoy helping students to build confidence, develop a sense of belonging, and make a successful transition to university life.

About me: I have worked in student support across Scottish higher education for a number of years. My academic background is in the biological sciences, and I have a particular interest in widening access to STEM degrees.
