Biography
Rachel Whittington is part of the Effective Learning Service, providing support with study skills and academic writing to all UK and Distance Learning students.
Rachel teaches academic and study skills aligned to the curriculum and as part of Heriot-Watt's Skills Hub. She also provides a one-to-one appointments service and deals with email enquiries relating to study skills. Rachel is also part of the Information Services Communications Group and is the service owner for LibCal.
Rachel has a BSc (Hons) in Archaeology and MA in Information and Library Management. She is a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy.
