Biography
I completed my undergraduate degree in Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh before undertaking a PhD in Pure Mathematics. Following my doctorate, I developed a strong interest in how students learn mathematics and moved into educational development, working as a Student Learning Advisor at the University of Edinburgh. This experience shaped my passion for evidence-informed teaching and mathematics education research, leading me to join Heriot-Watt University in 2020 as an Assistant Professor.
